DIY // Denim Gilet

After making my muscle t-shirt from an old men's t-shirt, I was in the mood for cutting things up.  I already knew I wanted a denim gilet for Rewind so I scoured eBay for the perfect denim jacket to customise.

The problem I've found with denim gilets on the High St at the moment is that they are too short, I wanted it longer so I started looking at the men's denim jackets and bought this Levi's one for £10.

 

I cut as close to the seam as possible as I don't want too many fly away bits of denim.
