I was debating whether to bring out the wellies this morning as the rain in London shows no sign of relenting. For anyone looking for a pair of wellies to get through these April showers, or indeed the festival season, my favourite brands are Hunter for classic styles and Joules for fun designs and their shorter wellybobs.
